We have a 3-month minimum onboarding period for all services — that's how long it genuinely takes for digital marketing to show meaningful results. After month 3, everything is month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. We don't need 12-month lock-ins because our results speak for themselves.
The setup fee (where applicable) covers account creation, integrations, strategy build, campaign creation, tracking setup, and onboarding. Most Growth Engine and TMO packages include setup at no extra cost. For standalone services, the setup fee is a one-time charge — there's no annual renewal.
No — ad spend goes directly to Google (billed to a card you control). Our management fee covers building, optimizing, and reporting on the campaigns.
